Position Overview: As a BDC Service Representative, you are driven to ensure all client needs are handled in a timely and professional manner. You are friendly and have a passion for communication, organization, and delivering a seamless experience. You are a humbly confident teammate with an eagerness to learn and help your team grow. Responsibilities: Providing introductory information to perspective and existing service clients Scheduling and confirming service appointments Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails service inquiries Determining the most effective way to address clients' needs and concerns Communicating with service advisors and internal teams to support workflow Tracking appointments and clients' interactions in CRM system Escalating concerns when necessary to ensure timely resolutions Qualifications: Multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Patience, compassion and empathy Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Clean driving record and valid driver's license Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment drug screen Join a dealership group where luxury, performance, and opportunity come together.
