Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)

The Emergency Department comprises a 50-bed unit with a dedicated team of 68 staff members. The patient care ratios typically range from 1:4 to 1:5, ensuring a focused approach to each patient's needs.

Day Shift: 7-8 RNs, 2-3 EMTs/Medic

Mid Shift: 8-10 RNs

Night Shift: 7-8 RNs, 2-3 EMTs/Medic

EKG

Cardiac Monitors

Blood Glucose Monitors

Meditech

Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital emergency department experience

BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications

Experience in Level 1 Trauma centers

Stroke care experience

Deliver comprehensive emergency care to patients within the department, ensuring that all clinical and procedural needs are met promptly and effectively.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, possess a collaborative spirit, and maintain a strong focus on patient care and effective communication with staff and providers.
