Qualifications State insurance license for life and health insurance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products. Sales experience, preferably in insurance. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency with insurance agency software.
