UX DesignerContract Duration: 2 months, with potential for extensionLocation: East Rutherford, NJWork Model: Hybrid – candidate must work from the office 3 days per weekMust provide a digital portfolio/E-commerce/storefront project case studyMandatory Requirements:Strong expertise in UX Design and FigmaExperience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsPrior experience working on e-commerce, digital storefront, or customer-facing web experiencesDigital portfolio/case studies are required and should clearly demonstrate relevant e-commerce/storefront UX projectsJob Description:We are seeking a UX Designer to support our product team with ongoing site enhancements and roadmap-driven initiatives.This individual will partner closely with our UX Manager and Storefront Product Management team to help execute a growing portfolio of planned initiatives and improvements across our digital experiences.Responsibilities include:Translating business requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences.Creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.Conducting competitive analyses and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.Bringing UX best practices and design guidelines to the table while ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards.Supporting iterative enhancements and optimizations across existing experiences.Incorporating stakeholder feedback and leveraging user-centered design principles to deliver effective solutions.Qualifications:Proficiency with Figma requiredAbility to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
