Pay Rate: $40-$65+ hourly rate, based on experience. Rates are negotiable and subject to change.
Fully Remote. 1099 Contract Opportunity
Must have an active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license from Minnesota OR be willing to pursue reciprocity.
Assignments available for the 2026-27 School Year. Flexible hours depending on the opportunity.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The Role: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.
As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction in a virtual classroom, building the same rapport and momentum an in-person therapist would
- Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
- Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP
- Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
- Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators, to keep everyone aligned on student progress
