Digital Marketing Manager

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGJensen Infrastructure is transforming how customers discover, research, and purchase infrastructure products through a new digital commerce platform. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and help make Jensen the easiest partner for engineers, specifiers, and contractors to do business with online.This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you’ll own inbound demand, digital engagement, and performance across our marketing channels. You’ll work closely with our Digital Commerce and Technology teams to drive qualified traffic, improve conversion, and support platform adoption.Reporting to: Chief Marketing OfficerA highlight of your day-to-day will include:Owning paid media strategy and execution across search, LinkedIn, and industry channelsBuilding and managing lifecycle marketing programs from first touch through conversionDriving inbound discoverability across search and emerging AI-driven platformsCreating and scaling content using AI tools in partnership with product teamsTracking performance through dashboards tied to engagement, conversion, and revenueContinuously optimizing campaigns, landing pages, and audience targetingWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation (5+ years preferred)Proven experience managing paid media with a focus on ROI and performanceHands-on experience with marketing automation and customer engagement platformsStrong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret performance metricsComfortable using AI tools for content creation, campaign execution, and analysisSelf-starter who thrives in a high-autonomy, fast-moving environmentAdditional skills and experience that are highly valued:Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectorsB2B eCommerce or digital commerce experienceExperience with A/B testing and conversion optimizationUnderstanding of how engineers and specifiers research productsALL ABOUT JENSEN INFRASTRUCTURELike you, our founder, Don Jensen was looking for a way to support his family, so he started his company in 1968.
