About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to act as a strategic link between the portfolio level and individual sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technology, social media, and event programming to ensure the long-term RV parks remain vibrant and thriving. This role is pivotal in maintaining the brand's presence and engagement with its customer base, and the VP of Marketing will be instrumental in driving the marketing strategy to support the growth and success of the parks. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior marketing role, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry. The role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and event management. A strategic mindset, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a passion for creating and maintaining a strong brand presence are essential. The VP of Marketing will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer needs to ensure the marketing efforts are in line with the company's goals and objectives. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically required, and an MBA is a plus.
