SSO Floor Trader

We'reseeking an experienced Options Market Maker to lead our presence across U.S. options exchange trading floors.You'llbe the primary link between our electronic trading desks, floor brokers, DPM/LMM communities, and exchange personnel — driving liquidity provision, execution quality, and market structure opportunities across venues. What you'll do Make markets in eligible equity, ETF, and index options. Represent the firm across options exchanges; build relationships with floor brokers, DPMs/LMMs, and exchange officials. Track exchange rule changes, fees, and incentive programs. Partner with electronic traders tooptimizequoting and execution quality. Facilitate large or complex executions;monitorfloor specific KPIs, fill rates and market share across venues. Ensure compliance with exchange rules and regulatory requirements. Who you are Hold a bachelor’s degree (required) Deep understanding offinancial instruments, tradingexchangesand markets Possess a high aptitude with mathematics Excellent communicator and team player Strongrelationship-builderacross traders, brokers, and exchange personnel. 3+ years in options trading, market making, floor brokerage, or exchange operations. Preferred Prior listed options market‑making experience. Series 57 active and in good standing. Existing relationships within thefloorbroker and market maker communities. This is a good‑faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process.
