U.S. Legal Support is seeking a highly organized Production Supervisor to oversee the daily flow of production operations and ensure work moves efficiently, accurately, and on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on process improvement, workload management, problem-solving, and operational execution. This position is less about managing people and more about managing production. You'll lead the workflow, coordinate priorities, remove roadblocks, and ensure our teams—both domestic and offshore—have what they need to deliver exceptional results. What You’ll Do Own the Production Process Coordinate and prioritize daily production workflows to ensure deadlines and service levels are consistently met. Monitor workload distribution and adjust resources based on volume, urgency, and business needs. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that increase productivity and accuracy. Serve as the go-to resource for complex production issues, troubleshooting challenges and escalating when necessary. Keep Operations Running Smoothly Partner with our offshore Etech team to maintain quality, consistency, and turnaround expectations. Support onboarding and training efforts to ensure team members understand production standards and workflows. Manage production inventory, supplies, and operational resources to prevent interruptions. Jump into production when needed to help the team meet critical deadlines. Drive Quality & Performance Ensure work meets established quality standards and client expectations. Track production metrics and proactively address workflow bottlenecks. Maintain a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in production, operations, workflow management, or a similar environment. Experience coordinating work, processes, projects, or production teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bonus Points For Experience working with offshore or remote production teams. Background in legal services, records management, document production, or other deadline-driven operational environments. Proven success improving processes and driving operational efficiency.
