Field Manager -11400 LLC (Charlotte, NC)

Job Summary 11400 LLC is a commercial construction and foodservice equipment specialist focused on K–12 and institutional projects. We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Field Manager to oversee field operations, support project execution, and gain the industry experience necessary to advance into future Project Management roles within the company. This position is heavily field focused and requires regular daily travel to active jobsites, along with occasional overnight travel throughout NC, SC, GA, TN, WV, and VA based on project demands. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, mechanically inclined, and interested in developing a long term career in commercial construction and project management. Responsibilities Travel to multiple job sites daily to track progress and report status. Assist Project Managers with onsite coordination, field verification, and project documentation Perform site walks and report schedule updates, installation progress, and field conditions Assist with punch list items, quality control inspections, and project closeout activities Help identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving efficiently Maintain daily communication with Project Managers.
