Job Details Employment Type: Travel / Temporary Nursing Job Specialty: Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Adult Renal Location: Zanesville, Ohio 43701 Start Date: 09/21/2026 End Date: 12/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12-hour nights Shift Schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend required Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890 Job Requirements Active Ohio RN license required at time of submission Current BLS certification required Minimum 3 years of recent Med/Surg and telemetry nursing experience Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips Epic EMR experience required Experience in a high-acuity, high-volume acute care setting Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and patient assessment skills Responsibilities Provide comprehensive bedside nursing care for adult renal and medical-surgical patients Monitor patients with acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and post-dialysis needs Interpret cardiac telemetry and respond promptly to changes in patient condition Perform frequent assessments and ongoing patient monitoring Collaborate with nephrologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary care team members to support patient outcomes Float as needed within scope to similar Med/Surg units, including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED boarders Maintain efficient workflow while delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centered care Why This Travel RN Opportunity?
