Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$2007.36/week - Job Summary: Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit, ensuring treatment plans are properly implemented and patient safety is maintained. Supervises and collaborates with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions by collecting and analyzing relevant health data. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient outcomes. Coordinate care delivery across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety and compliance. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge procedures. Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, fostering effective team collaboration. Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as necessary to promote recovery. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Minimum of two years recent acute care nursing experience. Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor. Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
