Production Specialist (Temporary) Location: Acton, MA 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Thursday | $22.09/hour 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday-Thursday | $24.29/hour Build Products That Make a Difference Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with great pay, a consistent schedule, and the opportunity to work in a growing medical device environment? We're hiring Production Specialists to support assembly, testing, kitting, and inventory operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. What You'll Do Assemble, label, package, and inspect medical device products and kits Configure and test handheld electronic devices using specialized equipment Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material handling activities Verify components and finished products for accuracy and quality Identify and report quality, safety, or process issues Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or medical device experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to distinguish colors on electronic displays Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Program Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Employee Workplace
