Location: Goodrich, MI
Job Type: Full-time | Temporary-to-Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift
Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a manufacturing facility in Goodrich, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with shipping, warehouse, inventory, or clerical experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to be hired directly by the client.
Responsibilities
Scan finished products into inventory using a computer-based inventory system.
Accurately enter and maintain inventory records.
Verify inventory counts and ensure products are properly documented.
Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
Prepare products for shipment and maintain accurate shipping records.
Operate a hi-lo (forklift) when needed (experience is a plus but not required).
When shipping duties are complete, assist the secondary department by operating production equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or clerical experience.
Basic computer and data entry skills are required.
Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Hi-lo/forklift experience is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
