Operations Business Line Leader

Abbott seeks an Operations Business Line Leader for its Temecula vascular devices facility. This role assists in overseeing production line operations, personnel, and equipment to maximize productivity while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance. The position works a 9/80 shift schedule (2:30pm-12am).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing plans, resource requirements, and hiring process support with Human Resources
• Develop and support direct reports through training, performance recognition, and corrective action
• Schedule and organize manufacturing lines to achieve product availability and inventory targets
• Monitor daily work metrics and provide direction to nonexempt staff
• Ensure production meets quality standards and full regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education and work experience
• Minimum 2 years of related manufacturing or operations experience
• Experience managing nonexempt employees toward departmental goals
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance procedures
• Ability to manage costs, projects, and material resources for production lines
• Problem-solving skills and continuous improvement participation

Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
