Registered Nurse - Inpatient RehabilitationThis is a Night shift position, working 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every third weekend, and holidays as needed.The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide specialized care for adult and geriatric patients with rehabilitation needs in an inpatient setting, particularly those recovering from strokes, aneurysms, post-operative surgery, and neurological conditions.Responsibilities include:Conduct assessment and interpretation of laboratory results.Perform medication reconciliation and document patient health questionnaires and histories.Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, and temperature.Administer dressing changes and ensure aseptic/sterile procedures are maintained.Assist with phlebotomy and specimen labeling, including throat and urine samples.Perform telephone triage and manage pharmacy calls/patient refill requests.Provide care for patients with diagnoses such as CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injuries, and generalized debility.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:Minimum 1 year of acute care rehab nursing experience is required; first-time travelers are not accepted.Active RN license must be in hand at the time of application.BLS certification is required.Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.Experience in interpreting dysrhythmias and managing tele patients is preferred.Why ARMStaffing?Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and moreOnboarding Made Easy: We handle physicals, titers, and more so you can focus on careClinical Support: In-house clinical team available to assist and advocate401k Retirement Plan: Eligible after waiting period; 4% match with 5% contributionRecruiter Matching: Get paired with a recruiter based on your location and specialtyExtras: Travel reimbursement, housing allowance, meals, referral bonuses, and moreWe're not the only ones who think ARMStaffing should be your first choice.
