Role Overview Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday – Friday No nights or weekends Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns Provide brief interventions and behavioral management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Coverage area includes Dallas, Kennedale, Gainesville, Pilot Point, and Irving, Texas Compensation and Benefits Estimated compensation range of $153,046 – $181,655 annually with no cap on productivity income Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k) Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided Qualifications Active, unrestricted Texas state license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C Active DEA or willingness to obtain 6-months experience needed as a PMHNP or Psych PA Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred Industry-leading onboarding training program Company issued iPad supporting seamless remote access for enhanced collaboration Developed infrastructure with extensive back office as well as local management support Dental, health, vision, 401k and more Flexible spending account Health savings account Flex time off Professional liability insurance About the City Located in northeast Texas, Dallas was settled in 1841 as a frontier trading post.
