$2080.80/week - Job Summary: Seeking a highly skilled Peds Echo Tech to perform pediatric echocardiograms within a busy cardiology unit. The role involves utilizing advanced imaging techniques to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: Conduct pediatric echocardiograms utilizing Philips Epiq machines according to established protocols. Ensure proper patient positioning and prepare necessary equipment and supplies. Accurately document procedures and findings in the Meditech EMR system. Collaborate with cardiology staff to interpret imaging results and provide high-quality patient care. Maintain compliance with unit policies, including dress code and safety guidelines. Support unit operations during weekend shifts and occasional on-call duties as assigned. Qualifications: Registered with Peds Echo Certification from CCI or ARDMS. Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric echocardiography. Demonstrated proficiency in performing pediatric and congenital pediatric echo procedures. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Meditech EMR system and hospital policies.
