We're looking for an enthusiastic Patient Care Coordinator with treatment coordination experience preferred to join our growing team. Responsibilities include: Coordinate patient care with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and insurance providers Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment plans Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Help patients make informed decisions and schedule recommended treatment Educate patients on recommended treatment and the benefits of completing care Review insurance benefits and prepare treatment estimates Discuss treatment costs, financing options, and payment arrangements Present treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner Support a positive, team-oriented office culture QUALIFICATIONS Required Minimum of one year of experience in a dental office Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, dependable, and patient-focused Preferred Treatment Coordinator experience Experience presenting treatment plans Knowledge of dental insurance benefits and financial arrangements OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE You are someone who: Enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients Is confident discussing treatment recommendations and financial options Has outstanding communication and customer service skills Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment Wants to make a positive impact in patients' lives every day Schedule Monday-Wednesday: 7:30 AM-5:00 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM One Friday each month: 7:30 AM-2:00 PM If you're passionate about patient care, enjoy helping people achieve healthier smiles, and are looking for a supportive team where you can grow professionally, we'd love to hear from you.
