Rate Range: $37 - $41/Hour on W2 (All inclusive) Note: Applicants must be willing to work on W2

Job Description: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content strategy § Keyword research § Write compelling copy that converts or compels website visitors to engage § Facilitate UX sessions and workshops § Provide consultation on content strategy for intranet and smaller internal ecosystems § Provide consultation on content strategy for Knowledge Management content § Support product management, design team members and business stakeholders § Support other organizations, departments, and teams to create a consistent voice and tone § Provide services during the following US business hours 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST Strong collaboration with a cross-functional team to build a scalable knowledge base aligned with client needs, integration techniques incorporating industry standard ServiceNow workflow
