Join Our Team At Lowcountry Urgent CareIf you feel the same, join us in providing quality healthcare to your family, friends, and neighbors!Job Description:Lowcountry Urgent Care is hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver walk-in care to patients of all ages at our Loris, SC clinic. This is a fixed-location role in a busy, well-established urgent care serving the Loris community seven days a week.What You'll Do:Provide walk-in urgent care including diagnosis, treatment, and patient educationPerform common urgent care procedures (laceration repair, splinting, I&D, joint injections)Complete medical records the same day as the patient visitPerform DOT physicals and occupational health services (drug screens, TB tests, employer physicals)Collaborate with the collaborating physician and clinic staff to deliver quality careWork autonomously in a fast-paced, high-volume settingWhat We're Looking For:Active South Carolina FNP license in good standing (or ability to obtain)National certification (AANP or ANCC)DOT Medical Examiner certification, or willingness to complete within 6 weeks of startCurrent BLS; ACLS preferredUrgent care or emergency medicine experience preferredComfortable managing high patient volume with strong documentation habitsWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly payCompany-paid malpractice coverage401(k) with matchHSA with employer contributionStudent loan repayment assistanceCME allowancePaid time offNo on-call, no overnight shiftsSupportive clinical leadershipAbout Lowcountry Urgent Care:Lowcountry Urgent Care is a walk-in medical clinic open seven days a week, treating everything from colds and minor injuries to occupational health needs.
