This role would lead our sites to continue to serve our clients with unmatched excellence through strong and consistent hiring.Job OverviewThe HR Staffing Specialist will be responsible for partnering with Operations and HR Field to understand hiring needs, support staffing efforts personally or through subordinate supervisor, and assist in onboarding new hires from start to finish.Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for creating and implementing recruiting best practices and providing them to sites in needSchedule and lead staffing calls for sites with urgent hiring needsProvide visibility to HR Field team of any recruiting issues and escalate as neededResponsible for tracking open positions in specific regions/areas and maintaining positions in applicant tracking systemResponsible for prescreening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding frontline employees as needed by sitesManage confidential information in relation to non-exempt employeesWork alongside HR Field to effectively manage background, drug test and any other new hire approvalsTrains management in interviewing and hiring processConducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.Collect, analyze, and communicate key recruiting statistics specific to geographical area of sites supportedReport list of sites being supported to manager and HR director/manager, Corporate Initiatives on a weekly basisResponsible for continuously looking at ways to improve recruiting strategiesSupport transitions and travels to assist in recruiting efforts when neededSupport Internet online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidatesCoordinate job fairs or hiring events for sites per requestMaintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hiresPrepare and analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection, and turnoverWorks on site or in SBM office where/when applicableOther duties as assignedQualificationEducation and/ or Experience - Associate degree from a College or University or six months to one-year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceCertificates, Licenses, Registrations - May required to have a valid driver's licenseSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no Supervisory Responsibilities.
