Responsibilities
- Administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures.
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized plans.
- Proficiently perform regional anesthesia blocks and monitor patient vitals to ensure safety.
- Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care in the PACU.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Participate in a low-frequency call rotation.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and the broader healthcare team.
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and CRNA in Florida (or eligibility for licensure).
- National certification by the NBCRNA .
- Strong clinical skills across the specified B&B case mix.
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
