Senior Brand Manager

ForceBrands is partnering with a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial food company to identify a Senior Brand Manager who will play a key role in shaping the next phase of the business. The ideal candidate combines strong CPG brand management fundamentals with a modern, culturally relevant approach to building consumer brands. This person will have broad exposure across brand strategy, retail media, merchandising, innovation, agency management, and paid and organic social. What You’ll Do Lead brand strategy and execution across a growing portfolio of food brands Drive retail media strategy and execution, including Walmart Connect and Target Roundel Partner cross-functionally on new product innovation, launches, and commercialization Lead in-store merchandising initiatives and ensure strong execution at retail Manage and collaborate with external agency partners Support paid and organic social strategy as part of the broader brand ecosystem Help determine how a growing marketing budget is strategically deployed across channels Work closely with senior leadership within a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience working directly for a consumer packaged goods brand Strong CPG brand management experience with an understanding of both strategy and execution Experience with Walmart Connect and Target Roundel Understanding of in-store merchandising and retail execution Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional partners Exposure to new product innovation and commercialization Experience across paid and organic social A culturally aware, entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in how emerging brands are connecting with today’s consumer Ability to thrive within a lean, fast-paced organization where everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves Location & Work Arrangement This role is based in Red Bank, New Jersey and requires a minimum of 4 days per week onsite . The company offers flexibility around start and end times, but in-person collaboration is an important part of the culture given the team's focus on innovation, brainstorming, and building together.
