Pediatric Nutrition District Sales Manager - Denver, CO/Salt Lake City, UT

Abbott seeks a District Sales Manager for its Pediatric Nutrition division covering Colorado, Utah, and Montana. The role involves leading approximately 10 sales representatives, managing territory strategy, and driving sales growth for Similac® and PediaSure® brands in hospital and physician office settings.

Responsibilities

Develop and coach sales representatives to achieve territory sales and market share growth
Conduct field visits with territory managers and complete associated performance evaluations
Manage team performance, recruitment, selection, and performance appraisals
Drive business through SWOT analysis, hospital contract management, and resource allocation
Lead special projects including training sessions and strategic planning meetings

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
2–3 years sales leadership experience; 5+ years preferred
Hospital sales experience preferred
Team building and coaching experience
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated training and organizational capabilities

Compensation: $113,300–$226,700 base
