Specialized Caregiver for High-Need Home Care

SYNERGY HomeCare in Conover is seeking experienced Specialized Care Assistants to provide hands-on personal care in clients' homes across Newton and surrounding areas. You should be dependable, compassionate and able to support clients with higher care needs. This role involves ADLs, mobility support, dementia care, meal prep, light housekeeping and following each client’s Care Plan.
