Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, primarily working in the Emergency Room (ER) and providing support to the Med-Surg floor as needed. This position requires a proactive and flexible approach to meet the demands of a fast-paced healthcare environment.Assignment DetailsStart Date: ASAPShift: 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week); potential for additional shifts as needed. Standard shifts are from 06:45 AM to 07:15 PM.Weekend Requirement: Weekends required, no on-call duty.Length of Assignment: 10 weeks, with a possibility of extension.Housing: A room is available for the RN to stay in, located within the facility.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room.Float to the Med-Surg unit when ER activity is low.Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess and monitor patient conditions.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Educate patients and their families regarding conditions and health management.QualificationsCurrent and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.Experience in Emergency Room settings preferred.Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in high-pressure situations.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Flexibility to adapt to changing workload and patient needs.Join us in providing exceptional care to our patients in this vital role.
