This is a hybrid role that requires office presence 3x per week. What you can expect Become part of Marsh’s best‑in‑class FINPRO team delivering expert broking & strategy solutions. Develop an understanding of clients’ business priorities, risk strategies, and risk‑management needs. Identify the need for new products and develop innovative solutions. Complete policy‑management activities and deliver reviewed policy to clients. Deliver technical expertise in the delivery and presentation of RFPs. Exceptional benefits, great time off, and additional perks. Responsibilities Independently oversee and manage large or complex accounts; assemble team for go‑to‑market strategy. Maintain near‑complete understanding of clients’ business priorities and risk strategies. Use expert risk knowledge to review exposures, loss experience and develop solutions, including recommending additional products. Develop, present and oversee renewal/placement strategies with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives. Present to prospective clients, identify new product needs and suggest innovative solutions. Build and maintain client relationships. Oversee production of client deliverables and ensure quality of final placement. Engage in senior‑level client interaction; demonstrate problem‑solving expertise. Serve as a thought leader; maintain knowledge of market conditions. Qualifications 5+ years in industry; broker experience preferred. Management Liability experience required; PEMA experience a plus. P&C license required or ability to obtain. Bachelor’s degree preferred. What makes you stand out Ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues, clients and carriers.
