Practice Manager

We’re looking for a full‑time Practice Manager to join our team in Domain, TX! Responsibilities Oversee operational, administrative and clinical efficiency of a Skin Pharm clinic. Grow the business, build brand awareness and optimize systems. Ensure an exceptional patient experience and mentor the team. Manage daily operations, maximize provider efficiency and enhance patient interactions. Drive strategies to improve team performance, patient satisfaction and clinic productivity. About You Proven leadership experience with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proactive approach to professional development. Collaborative leader with strong time‑management and communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with patients and the clinic team. Preferred: collaborative and results‑driven leadership, inventory management experience and business operations in a clinical setting. Training will be provided to expand your existing skill set and knowledge base. Familiarity with the Skin Pharm brand and mission is a plus. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, nursing or related field (preferred). 2+ years of management experience.
