About the Position This role is for physicians who wish to practice independently while receiving structured operational support for non‑clinical business functions of their own practice. You will maintain full ownership, clinical autonomy and clinical decision‑making, while MedCBO will provide non‑clinical administrative and operational support services. This is not an employed physician position. Key Responsibilities Provide patient care within your specialty scope Develop professional relationships within the medical community Coordinate payer credentialing through MedCBO, with physician participation as required Determine clinical services offered Manage clinical quality and patient experience Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination Billing and collections management Payer contract negotiation Financial infrastructure and reporting Operational workflows and staffing systems Technology platform and implementation EHR, telehealth, and clinical workflow systems Credentialing, enrollments, and facility privileging coordination HR administration, staffing workflows, and compliance support Supply chain and vendor coordination Qualifications MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is not a salary and is generated by the physician‑owned practice.
