Disaster Relief Call Center Representative Join us at Mass Markets as a Disaster Relief Call Center Representative . This is a temporary, remote position responding to hurricane disaster relief efforts, with hours from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Candidates will be contacted as needed after completing an application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test. Position Overview MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, seeks agents to assist during disaster relief. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, applying customer service techniques, and improving customer experiences during emergencies.
