Adult Nurse Practitioner

CHM, based in Shelbyville, KY, is seeking a qualified Adult Nurse Practitioner to work in collaboration with a board certified physician in providing primary patient care in a post-acute setting in the Lexington area. This role is expected to provide care five days per week and see between 15 and 20 patients per day. The role will work in conjunction with the facility staff to ensure the best patient care, safety, and outcomes. To qualify for this role, you will have at least one year of experience providing direct patient care in a bedside setting. You will have an MSN or DNP, an active unencumbered license to practice in Kentucky, a DEA license or obtain, BLS or ACLS certification, and work well as part of a team and independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr Central Health Management Inc.
