Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed - Active Clearance in Gilbert, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide professional communication and customer service while reporting security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.38 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor and document access activity, visitor arrivals, deliveries, and patrol observations in accordance with site requirements. Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders while maintaining professional conduct and completing required reports. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. An active DoD Secret clearance is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
