Local Pay: $27.59 /hour- W2

Shift Details:

• 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Paraprofessional – Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and classroom support under the supervision of a certified teacher.
• Assist students with academic activities, assignments, and classroom tasks.
• Support students with special needs by implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group assistance to students.
• Assist with classroom management and reinforce positive student behavior.
• Monitor student progress and report observations to the supervising teacher.
• Support students with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care as needed.
• Prepare instructional materials and maintain an organized classroom environment.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, lunch, and recess.
• Maintain student confidentiality and comply with school policies, safety procedures, and educational regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestricted MN license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a ParaProfessional.
• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g.,. BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,.....)
