We are seeking a highly motivated Field Security Agent to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing security services to our clients in various locations. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of clients and their property

- Monitor and control access to restricted areas

- Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed

- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records

- Conduct security checks and inspections to identify and address potential risks

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

- Stay updated on company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and best practices

- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- First Aid and CPR certification preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

- Excellent observation and problem-solving skills

- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods of time

- Familiarity with security equipment and systems

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
