Product Manager

Our firm has been retained by a 30-year US business that produces critical electronic technology utilized by the semiconductor-, automotive, and other industries. This innovative global market-leader has enjoyed steady growth and is backed by a billion-dollar international organization. Of particular interest is that this position will be taking over from someone who has been in the role for 30 years and who will be retiring at the end of 2026. So, you will have 5 months to learn the role and "take over the reins." Compensation includes competitive salary (up to $160k), profit-sharing (up to $15k), 401K contribution, paid holidays, and very generous PTO and healthcare benefits. Requires a BS in Electrical Engineering or closely-related. Masters preferred. MBA a plus. Key responsibilities: Define and execute the product line strategy in alignment with customer and market needs. Drive product roadmap activities in collaboration with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing. Support product lifecycle management: introduction, phase-out, and portfolio optimization. Develop customer-facing product materials such as brochures, presentations, and technical guides. Create and maintain product-related website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
