CNC Machinist

Job Description Job Description This job is located in Winston, GA and is a night shift job. Night Shift Hours Mon - Thurs: 3:00pm - 1:30am Fri: Off We are looking for a CNC Mill and Lathe Machinist - Not a manual machinist Must know Mazak with live tooling, Mazak controls programming, Mazatrol, Conversational programming and have experience with Haas machines. Would like you to have basic tools to start (not a dealbreaker). After 90 days the company can begin taking payroll deductions to assist you with purchasing additional tools that may be needed. - Set up machines for production components. - Machine/fabricate standard and special components. - Continuous inspection of components while in process. - Complete secondary operations as required. - Ensure a clean and safe work environment while following all safety standards. - Complete machinery maintenance and repairs as required. - Responsible for stock of all shop tooling. - Record notations of necessary up-dates or changes to drawings. - Assure production schedule and ship dates are met consistently. - Inform management of potential problems, while participating and incorporating solutions for problems. - Supervise and train fellow employees when necessary.
