Full time busy clinic practice of 15-20 outpatients per weekday Practice is primarily outpatient Pediatric call rotation for the hospital at 1:5 Several Sanford Family Medicine physicians Each Family Medicine Physician is assigned a nurse, office & 2 exam rooms Thief River Falls qualifies as a HPSA site Compensation Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
