This position requires regular travel throughout the East Coast corridor, including Maryland, Texas, and Florida, to work on large-scale commercial projects. Applicants must be willing to travel and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Perform commercial concrete polishing, grinding, and floor resurfacing tasks according to project specifications.

• Operate specialized concrete floor grinders, polishers, and dust containment systems safely and effectively.

• Apply densifiers, sealers, and stains to concrete surfaces to achieve the desired finish.

• Inspect concrete surfaces for imperfections and perform necessary repairs or prep work.

• Maintain and clean equipment and tools daily to ensure proper functionality and safety.

• Collaborate with the construction crew and supervisors to complete commercial flooring projects on schedule.

• Follow all job site safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.

• Travel to various out-of-state commercial job sites for extended periods as required by the project schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial concrete polishing, surface preparation, or commercial flooring.

• Proficient in operating concrete grinding and polishing machinery and hand tools.

• Ability to travel frequently and for extended periods across multiple states along the East Coast and Southern regions.

• Valid driver license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites or meeting locations.

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy equipment, and work in various job site conditions.

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights or weekends, depending on project deadlines.
