The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices. Working under general supervision, the RN coordinates patient care via the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate nursing care. Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status. Administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive care. Reconciliation of medical records for accuracy and compliance. Monitoring patient responses to interventions and adjusting care plans as needed. Collaborating with care teams for effective planning and delivery of care. Performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Include Associate's Degree in Nursing (required), Bachelor's preferred. At least 1 year of RN clinical experience (required), with preferred specialization recognized by national nursing organizations.
