Final Mile Dispatcher & Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Doral, FL
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
We're seeking a dependable and customer-focused professional with experience in dispatching, final-mile delivery operations, customer service, and front-desk support .
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and coordinate final-mile deliveries
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Monitor deliveries and resolve scheduling issues
- Provide customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Assist visitors and support front-desk operations
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
- Support daily logistics and administrative activities
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching and/or transportation logistics experience required
- Final-mile delivery experience preferred
- Strong customer service and front-desk experience
- Proficient with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- English required; Spanish preferred
