Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and productivity. Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs. Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs. Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment per health and sanitation standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred). High School diploma or GED preferred; 1+ year retail management experience acceptable. Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
