Job ResponsibilitiesPreparation and review of tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations Familiarity with Subchapter K rulesAbility to identify and research common tax issues that arise in client engagementsIdentify key planning opportunities throughout the year and develop a framework for tax strategies that best align with client needs and goalsAssist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirementsSupport the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and budgetsBuild on strong coaching skills to mentor key talentRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related disciplineMinimum of 3 years’ experience with the Financial Services industry supporting Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, and Real EstateMinimum of 3 years of U.S. tax consulting/compliance experience in public accounting, preferably with partnerships and other entity types.Minimum of 1 year experience in supervising the work of others, including delegation, training and development of staff and internsCPA or equivalent credential preferred “Armanino" is the brand name under which Armanino LLP and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with law, regulations, and professional standards. Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $85,100 - $116,000. For New York residents, the compensation range for this position: $93,600 - $127,500. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $97,900 - $133,400. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
