Responsibilities

  • Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Supervise and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
  • Ensure store cleanliness and organization

Requirements

  • Prior retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of hardware and home improvement products
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
