Position Details Grand Junction, Colorado Pay Range: $26.00 - $38.52 per hour DOE $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Hires Full-Time Schedule Sunday, Monday & Tuesday ⏰ 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM PRN Schedule Flexible scheduling available based on facility needs. - Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month
- At least 1 shift per month must be worked on a weekend
- Must maintain active employment status and complete all required trainings and competencies
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
- Complete assessments and documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
- Supervise and support CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
