Starting wage of $10.00 per hour. Additional average of $2 - $4 per hour in tips and amazing perks!

We're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our barista crew. We are primarily hiring for morning and midday shifts , so if you're an early riser who loves helping customers start their day, you're exactly who we want.

We are currently hiring for morning and midday shifts. However, if you are available for other times during the day, we still encourage you to apply.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years of age or older
• Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform job duties, including following safety procedures and communicating with customers and team members. Bilingual skills are a plus!
• Must have flexible availability to work between the hours of 4:30am - 4:00pm and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
• Greet and connect with customers to create amazing experiences and start their day off right
• Take accurate orders and process payments quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping the store ready for the morning rush
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team to deliver friendly and consistent service
