Part-Time PreK Program Aide

We handle the day-to-day work so that client school boards can focus on governance and policy issues to be sure that the vision and mission of the school are being carried out properly. American Leadership Academy- Applied Technologies is currently accepting applications for a Part-Time PreK Program Aide for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. A PreK Aide supports the classroom teacher in delivering quality education to students. A PreK Aide will help with instructional activities, managing classroom behavior, and providing support to students as needed. Additionally, a PreK Aide may assist with administrative tasks and communication with parents, contributing to a collaborative and effective educational setting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist the classroom teacher with lesson planning and implementation. Reinforce learning concepts and provide additional assistance as needed. Help maintain a positive and orderly environment. Help administer tests and assessments; support the teacher in grading assignments and providing feedback. Provide appropriate toileting and diapering support based on individual child needs while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and licensing standards. Observe and report on student progress, behavior, and engagement. Support communication with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and any concerns. Help keep the classroom clean and organized, ensuring materials and supplies are readily available. Encourage student participation. Other duties as assigned.
