This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent at ADT Realty. The Real Estate Agent will manage the full cycle of residential or commercial transactions, including prospecting, client consultations, property showings (virtual or in-person as applicable), and contract negotiation. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property valuation, preparing and reviewing real estate documents, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals. The agent will maintain accurate records in brokerage systems, use digital tools and platforms to market listings, and provide responsive, high-quality customer service throughout each transaction. Collaboration with the ADT Realty team, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical and legal standards are essential aspects of the role. Qualifications

Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate laws, contracts, and transaction processes. Demonstrated Sales experience with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed performance goals. Proficiency in Customer Service, including clear communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills. Understanding of Real Property concepts, market trends, and local neighborhood dynamics. Comfort with remote work, including use of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously. High ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to fair housing and non-discriminatory practices. Prior experience as a real estate agent or in a related field is preferred; additional training or certifications in real estate or sales are a plus.
