Brand Ambassador

Bavarian Bierhaus is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic brand ambassador to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be responsible for building brand loyalty by executing marketing programs that connect consumers with the brand. This position is responsible for the successful execution of promotional events, brand collabs, influencer drops and many other ways of connecting with the community. This position is a part‑time role. Responsibilities Act as ambassador for the brand by sampling product at key events, guerrilla sampling, product drops, etc. Be on‑site on time/early for event activation. Assist in set‑up and tear down of event site elements. Engage consumers to create excitement and a positive experience for consumers. Maintain working knowledge of product in order to be a subject‑matter expert. Create a "buzz" to gain consumer attention. Deliver timely event recaps. Requirements Relevant experience in events, promotions, consumer marketing or community marketing. Adaptable, friendly & creative. Must be able to work weekends. Must have a driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. Confident in engaging with consumers and working in a team environment. Physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up promotional materials, comfortably lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods of time, working in different weather conditions. All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check including driving record, education, employment and criminal records.
