Job TitleDriverEmployment Type:Part timeShift:Rotating ShiftDescription:Hours: M-Th 8-4 open, possibly Friday 8-4.Glen Eddy Niskayuna is an Independent and Enriched Housing Senior Living Facility.Position Highlights:Recognized leader: Magnet Hospital in the Capital RegionAdvancement: Strong orientation program, generous tuition allowance and career developmentWhat You Will Do:The Driver will be transporting resident's door to door to and from appointments, shopping, trips, activities, etc.Responsibilities:Drivers must be able to operate bus lift, with occasional heavy lifting and pushing required.What You Will Need:NYS driver's license,CDL is required with passenger endorsementOne-year of previous experience of transporting individuals with special mobility needs, preferably the elderly.HS diploma/GEDPay Rate: $18.50 - $24.55Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
